Hold the hammer, not the microphone.
It’s easier to be a critic than a doer.
People who don’t build often have the strongest opinions. Be careful of those people, they care more about looking right than getting it right.
Doers get things wrong sometimes, but they’re the ones moving things ahead and getting things done.
Feedback comes with curiosity and ideas. Criticism comes with judgment and no solutions.
If you’re the one doing the work, keep going. Listen to what helps. Drop what doesn’t. The main character is always the doer.
