Just get started

There’s an implicit lie in everything I write. I present it as a way to share what I’ve learned, but the truth is—I’m learning it as I write it.

These are ideas I’ve been thinking about, exploring, and slowly discovering over time. But I only truly learn them when I put them into words. Some I share. Others, I don’t. Not everything I learn makes sense to share. Some things are better when they surprise us, when no one has told us about them before.

Don’t wait until you have it all figured out to write, do, act, whatever. Start to figure it out.
